Leaders from the Municipal Major Projects Office visited Nanjing Electric to inspect and follow up on the progress of key projects.

On the morning of April 30, Sun Min, Director of the Nanjing Municipal Major Projects Office, along with other officials, visited the Nanjing Electric Technology Group to review and verify progress on the implementation of major municipal projects. Shen Yinlong, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone, and Wei Zhen, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of the Development Zone, accompanied the inspection.
Sun Min and his delegation conducted a item-by-item review of the progress of the Nanjing Electric‑owned major municipal project—the Digital Factory for Glass Insulators—gaining a thorough understanding of the current status of the project and the challenges encountered during its implementation.
Shen Qirong, General Manager of Nanjing Electric Technology Group, briefed the leaders on the company’s development over recent years and the progress of its major projects, and accompanied them on a tour of the outdoor test‑site construction site and the hollow composite insulator production facility. Shen Xiaodong, Dean of the School of Materials at Nanjing University of Technology and General Manager of Jiangsu Jiayun Company, and Xia Xudong, Executive Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Electric Insulation Subsidiary and Technical Lead for the Digital Factory Project, also participated in the reception and each presented updates on the aerogel project and the digital factory project, respectively.

Leaders from the Municipal Major Projects Office and the Economic Development Zone fully commended Nanjing Electric for overcoming challenges and mobilizing all available resources to advance project construction.
