High Voltage Bushing
High‑voltage bushings are critical components in power systems, providing both current‑carrying and insulation functions when high‑voltage lines pass through walls or equipment enclosures, connect equipment to one another, or serve as grounding points. Since 1958, when the company pioneered the trial production of capacitive bushings in China, more than 50 years of manufacturing experience have enabled it to produce over 100,000 units of various types of high‑voltage bushings for the transmission and distribution industry—accounting for approximately 50% of the total number currently in service nationwide. Building on its established bushing‑manufacturing expertise, the company has actively explored new materials and advanced manufacturing processes, successfully developing, in 2001, a glass‑fiber‑reinforced dry‑type capacitor core. Leveraging this technology, it has also introduced a series of glass‑fiber‑reinforced dry‑type bushings. At present, the company operates production lines for high‑voltage bushings employing three distinct technologies: oil‑paper capacitive, resin‑impregnated paper capacitive, and glass‑fiber capacitive.
