We can provide products without release agent residue, which will not affect the bonding between solid filler and insulator inner wall;
We can provide products with high temperature resistant coating to avoid damage of insulator inner wall due to instantaneous high temperature during operation.
We can provide products with anti-corrosion coating resistant to SF6 decomposition to avoid the inner wall of insulators being damaged by the corrosion of SF6 decomposition in operation. Reasonable keyway structure is used to fix between mold insert and mold frame, and large-tonnage mold locking mechanism is used to control the thickness of product parting surface to be less than 0.2mm. The mold is heated by electric heating, which makes the vulcanization degree of the product more uniform, and makes the organic composite umbrella skirt sleeve have higher mechanical strength and electrical strength. Scientific and reasonable injection process ensures the close combination of organic composite umbrella sleeve and winding pipe, and the eccentricity of umbrella sleeve is controlled within 0.3mm.
