We can provide products free of release agent residues, ensuring no adverse impact on the adhesion between solid fillers and the inner wall of insulators.
We can supply products with high-temperature-resistant coatings to prevent the inner surface of insulators from being damaged by sudden exposure to extreme heat during operation.
We offer products with an anti-corrosion coating resistant to SF6 decomposition products, thereby preventing the inner surface of insulators from being corroded and damaged during operation.
A well‑designed keyway structure is employed to secure the mold insert to the mold frame, complemented by a high‑tonnage clamping mechanism, ensuring that the thickness of the parting line does not exceed 0.2 mm.
The mold is heated by electric heating, ensuring more uniform vulcanization of the product and imparting higher mechanical and electrical strength to the organic composite umbrella skirt.
A scientific and rational injection molding process ensures tight bonding between the organic composite umbrella skirt sleeve and the wound tube, with the eccentricity of the umbrella skirt sleeve maintained within 0.3 mm.
