The Composite Business Division is equipped with state-of-the-art domestic and international production facilities for composite insulators, ensuring product quality that meets customer requirements. These include more than 20 sets of silicone rubber compounding equipment—such as kneaders, open‑mill mixers, extruders, and filter presses—with a theoretical annual compounding capacity of approximately 6,000 tons. The division also operates over 20 sets of rubber injection molding machines ranging from 1,100 t to 550 t, 500 t, and 330 t, enabling an annual production capacity of up to 1.3 million rod‑type suspended composite insulators (expressed in terms of 110 kV standard units). In addition, the facility boasts more than 10 sets of imported crimping and pressing equipment, including models such as 175/165/140 t, fully satisfying market demand for various types of composite insulators. Furthermore, nearly 50 additional pieces of equipment—including molding, extrusion coating, umbrella‑insertion, equalizing‑ring die‑casting, bending, and machining—are available, comprehensively supporting the production of diverse composite insulators and large‑volume orders.
