The East China Headquarters held a flag-raising ceremony to celebrate the 71st anniversary of National Day and the 84th anniversary of the factory’s founding.

On the morning of September 28, the East China Headquarters of Baiyun Electric Group solemnly held a dual‑celebration flag‑raising ceremony at the park’s east gate plaza, marking the 71st anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the 84th anniversary of the establishment of Nanjing Electric. Shen Qirong, General Manager of the East China Headquarters, delivered a speech on the occasion, while Deputy General Manager Deng Junwen presided over the ceremony. More than 160 attendees were present, including all cadres at the department head level and above, all staff members of the headquarters’ functional departments, and employee representatives.
In his address, Shen Qirong first extended, on behalf of the Chairman, the Board of Directors, and the East China Headquarters’ management team, festive greetings and heartfelt gratitude to all employees and relevant stakeholders. He noted that since its founding in 1936 as the Central Electrical Porcelain Manufacturing Plant in Changsha, Hunan, the company has now grown into a dual‑site operation—combining its original facilities with a new platform—marking 84 years of history. Over several generations, Nandian’s workforce has shouldered the mission of serving the nation through industry, pioneering under arduous conditions and persevering through successive efforts, thereby contributing to the establishment, development, and revitalization of China’s national industrial sector. In the face of new circumstances, opportunities, and challenges, we must take the central government’s directives and the Group’s requirements as our guiding principles, meticulously formulate the enterprise’s 14th Five-Year Plan, pursue high‑level planning and high‑quality development, and draw up a clear roadmap for building Baiyun Electric’s dual‑headquarters industrial structure, thus delivering robust support. At present, we must press ahead with enthusiasm and unwavering dedication, ensuring the orderly advancement of production and operations, capacity‑building initiatives, and strategic planning, fully achieving all set objectives and ushering in a new phase of corporate reform and development.
