The severe epidemic has caused serious threats to the health and life safety of the people, and also seriously affected the production and operation of enterprises. As the main supplier of insulator products for the State Grid and China Southern Power Grid, Nanjing Electric has undertaken the production supporting tasks for key projects such as the Yazhong to Jiangxi UHV project, poverty alleviation and transformation, and people’s livelihood projects. In the face of the epidemic, Nanjing Electric earnestly implemented the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the requirements of superiors. The company took urgent actions from the top and bottom of the company.

Nanjing Electric urgently held a video conference on epidemic prevention and control on January 27 to fully start the preparations for epidemic prevention and control, remote office work, and resumption of production. After a lot of arduous and meticulous preparations, applications for resumption of work, and strict review by Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone, Nanjing Electric resumed the first batch of work in the zone on February 10. After increasing the number of resumption personnel in batches, by the end of February, the resumption area had reached 90%.
