The High-Tech Materials Company’s 2024 First “Mentor‑Apprentice” Signing Ceremony Concludes Successfully—Pairing Mentors with Apprentices, Passing on Knowledge and Skills Across Generations

During the event, the mentor–mentee relationship was formally established through introductions, a formal apprenticeship ceremony, and a signing ceremony.
