Leaders from Nanjing Information Vocational and Technical College visited the company for a tour and exchange.

5 On the 24th of the month, Guan Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Party General Branch of the Sergeant Education College at Nanjing Vocational Institute of Information Technology, along with Chen Guoping, Vice Dean of the same college, paid a visit to Nanjing Electric to explore new employment opportunities and held a signing ceremony. Attending the event were Deng Junwen, Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the Party General Branch of Nanjing Electric Technology Group; Zhuang Bin, General Manager of Intelligent Power Equipment at Nanjing Electric (Group); Xue Xiaoli, Head of the Human Resources Center of Nanjing Electric Technology Group, and other representatives.
At the outset of the event, Zhuang Bin led the delegation on a tour of the smart power‑equipment manufacturing facility, outlining the company’s growth and the application areas of its products. The company’s key offerings—including prefabricated substations and mobile substations—are widely deployed across the “Two Networks,” the five major power‑generation groups, as well as in the petrochemical and mining sectors.
Following the tour, the two parties engaged in more in-depth exchanges and cooperation in the conference room. Guan Jian provided a detailed overview of the university’s history, as well as the background of the School of Military Education, including its faculty composition and professional expertise. He expressed his great satisfaction at establishing a school–enterprise partnership with Nanjing Electric, fostering industry–education integration to enhance students’ professional competencies and expand their employment prospects.
Deng Junwen provided a detailed overview of the development histories, product offerings, and corporate culture of Baiyun Electric and Nanjing Electric. He also expressed his hope to strengthen collaboration with the university in areas such as specialized student training and corporate talent development, with the aim of cultivating more high-caliber professionals for the company and advancing industry–education integration.
Finally, Nanjing Electric and Nanjing Institute of Information Technology held a signing and plaque‑presentation ceremony for their labor‑practice base. Through this enterprise visit and job‑expansion initiative, the collaboration between the university and enterprises will be significantly strengthened, fostering deep integration among industry, academia, and research. The university will gain insights into corporate development trends, ensuring that talent cultivation better aligns with societal needs, while enterprises will benefit from an expanded pool of skilled personnel and technical support, ultimately achieving the strategic goal of mutual win‑win outcomes for institutions, students, and businesses.
