On March 20, Nanjing Electric (Group) High‑Tech Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Nanjing Electric Technology Group, convened a mobilization and implementation meeting titled “Unite as One to Ensure Full Achievement of the Company’s Annual Targets.” The meeting announced the company’s organizational structure and cadre appointments, clarified its 2023 business targets and departmental breakdowns, and outlined the implementation plan for the company’s ten key priorities this year. Managers at the department head level and above attended the meeting.
The meeting commenced with the reading of the “Decision on the Appointment of Management Personnel and Professional Staff of Subsidiaries under the Technology Group” and the “Decision on the Appointment of Mid-Level and Supervisory-Level Cadres at the High-Tech Materials Company.” Heads of each department then presented their 2023 work directions and plans. The meeting also announced the company’s 2023 operational targets, as well as the performance objectives for the management team and individual departments.
Finally, Wang Yongwei, General Manager of the High-Tech Materials Company, briefed all attendees on the company’s ten key priorities for 2023, emphasizing their critical importance to this year’s development. He urged all departments to formulate practical and feasible implementation plans aligned with their respective functions, tasks, and objectives, and to work in unison—top down and bottom up—to ensure the successful completion of these ten priority initiatives.
By effectively breaking down objectives, closely aligning with market demands, and ensuring the implementation of all preparatory measures, the High‑Tech Materials Company will go all out in 2023 to accelerate its development and secure a comprehensive victory in its 2023 endeavors.
