Nanjing Electric and Nanjing Wire & Cable have signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

3 month 11 On [date], the signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation agreement between Nanjing Electric Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Nanjing Electric”) and China Energy Construction Group Nanjing Line Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Nanjing Line Equipment”) was held at the Nanjing Shuguang International Hotel.
Shen Qirong, General Manager of Nanjing Electric, and Chen Lei, Chairman of Nanjing Wire Rod, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective companies. Also in attendance were Li Tingbiao and Cheng Hongliang, Deputy General Managers of Nanjing Electric; Yu Wenwen, General Manager of the International Trade Company; Lu Guilai, Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Wire Rod; Li Weidong, General Manager of the International Company; Lu Pengliang, Assistant to the General Manager; as well as heads of relevant departments from both sides.
At the symposium, both sides presented overviews of their respective traditional businesses and emerging business segments, engaging in an extensive exchange on domestic and international market trends, opportunities, and key projects. Both parties jointly affirmed that they will proactively leverage their respective resources and strengths to pursue comprehensive, in-depth cooperation across a range of sectors—including insulators, power hardware, new‑energy equipment, and electrical apparatus—on projects in both domestic and overseas power markets.
Nanjing Electric and Nanjing Wire are both well-established enterprises based in Nanjing, wielding significant influence within China’s power‑equipment industry. With deep historical roots, they have long maintained a strong cooperative relationship built on mutual trust. As the domestic and global pandemic situation improves and power‑infrastructure development resumes robust growth, their strategic partnership—leveraging each other’s strengths and sharing resources—will further expand collaborative opportunities and market share, fostering win‑win outcomes and shared prosperity.
