Police–Enterprise Collaboration Ensures Safety: Nanjing Electric and the Economic Development Zone Public Security Sub-bureau Co‑host a Comprehensive Safety Training Session

On the afternoon of June 28, 2022, Nanjing Electric Technology Group Co., Ltd. and the Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of the Nanjing Municipal Public Security Bureau jointly held a comprehensive training session on “Anti-Fraud, Traffic Safety, and Production Safety” in the second-floor conference room of the Nanjing Electric canteen. This integrated safety training was an important component of the company’s 2022 Safety Production Month activities and also a key initiative under the police‑enterprise collaborative framework between the Economic and Technological Development Zone and Nanjing Electric.
Chen Taifeng, Captain of the Internal Security Brigade of the Economic Development Zone Branch of the Nanjing Municipal Public Security Bureau; Xu Sheng, Deputy Director of the Integrated Service Center; and Hua Hongzhou, a community police officer, attended the event and each delivered a specialized training session. Chen Xiongqing, Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Electrical Technology Group, Executive Director of the EHS Committee, and General Manager of the Bushing Company, also took part and delivered a concluding address. Nearly 50 participants—including general managers of the Group’s subsidiaries, department heads, selected section supervisors, and safety management personnel—were in attendance.
At the meeting, Hua Hongzhou delivered a presentation on fraud prevention, drawing on real‑world cases from employees of several enterprises in the Economic Development Zone who had fallen victim to telecom scams and online loan fraud. Xu Sheng addressed traffic safety, citing recent local incidents. Meanwhile, Chen Taifeng focused on workplace safety, highlighting accidents that occurred within the zone. Through concrete examples from everyday life and vivid explanations, attendees were deeply moved and gained valuable insights, further strengthening their awareness of anti‑fraud measures, traffic safety, and occupational safety.
In his concluding remarks, Chen Xiongqing expressed gratitude to the Economic Development Zone Public Security Sub‑bureau for providing on-site services and conducting comprehensive safety training. He emphasized that ensuring workplace safety is a critical responsibility, and that all parties must strictly comply with the Work Safety Law, assume primary responsibility, and effectively implement relevant duties and measures. He called for robust efforts in workplace safety, traffic safety, fraud prevention, and other areas, striving to foster a culture where everyone understands and actively manages safety, proactively identifies and mitigates risks, and thereby safeguards overall security.
