On the afternoon of April 21, Nanjing Electric Technology Group convened the first-quarter review meeting for the 2022 “3310 Project” in the second-floor conference room of the employee canteen. The meeting reviewed the progress of key performance indicators and priority tasks for the first quarter across the technology group and its subsidiaries, and outlined priorities for the current period. Shen Qirong, Deputy General Manager of Baiyun Electric Group and General Manager of Nanjing Electric Technology Group, attended the meeting and delivered a special report titled “Strengthening Epidemic Prevention in Operations While Striving to Maintain Business Performance Amid the Pandemic.”
In his address, Shen Qirong pointed out that since the beginning of this year, the global landscape has undergone complex and evolving changes, domestic COVID‑19 impacts have persisted, and downward pressure on the economy has intensified. With multiple challenges compounding the effects of the pandemic, business operations have become truly difficult. We must draw spiritual strength from Nanjing Electric’s 86‑year history, and, guided by Chairman Hu Deliang’s vision—“A century of Baiyun, a world of Baiyun; green energy for a better life”—as well as his earnest aspiration for Nanjing Electric to “build a century‑old enterprise and revitalize China’s national industry,” clearly define our course forward. Upholding the company’s annual guiding principle of “Unleashing Passion, Leading with Innovation, Setting Sail in 2022,” we will strengthen epidemic prevention measures in our operations and strive to maintain business performance even amid the pandemic. Strive diligently to achieve the Group’s strategic plan and the company’s annual objectives. 。
Shen Qirong emphasized that during operations, epidemic prevention must be strengthened, and under the pandemic, efforts should be made to keep business running. It is imperative to continuously cultivate a strong entrepreneurial resolve across all levels of the company’s leadership, clearly defining the path forward and steadfastly adhering to it. Put the customer at the center of everything we do, relentlessly optimize our existing operations, and become the partner of choice for both new and established clients. Rigorously prioritize efficiency and quality, particularly by responding swiftly to emerging customer needs, ensuring that our current business remains rock‑solid. Uphold innovation as our guiding principle, embrace openness and dynamism, strengthen internal and external communication and coordination, foster collaborative partnerships, and work together to drive shared growth.
