Nanjing Electric Holds a Fun Quiz-Themed Event for the 2024 Safety Production Month

Recently, in observance of the 23rd National “Safety Production Month,” Nanjing Electric Technology Group organized a company-wide “Safety‑Related Quiz with Prizes” at the basketball court on the north side of the factory’s employee cafeteria. Shen Qirong, General Manager of Nanjing Electric Technology Group and Chairman of the EHS Committee, along with Deputy General Managers Deng Junwen and Chen Xiongqing—also Deputy Chairman of the EHS Committee—were invited to attend.
This event, themed “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond—Keeping Lifelines Clear,” aims to ensure that all company employees remain vigilant about workplace safety. By approaching their work and daily lives with a strong sense of responsibility, they are encouraged to embrace the principle that “safety means taking full responsibility for oneself, one’s family, one’s enterprise, and society,” thereby enhancing their capacity for disaster prevention, emergency response, and risk avoidance. During the event, employees from each subsidiary actively participated in activities such as “random question selection via ping-pong balls,” on-site interactive quizzes, and blind-box challenge questions, gaining valuable knowledge of China’s laws and regulations on workplace safety as well as essential emergency evacuation procedures for enterprises.
On that day, more than 700 small gifts were distributed. Despite the sweltering weather, employees enthusiastically took part; through this themed event marking Safety Production Month, they not only gained valuable safety knowledge but also received generous rewards. The company hopes that, by organizing this initiative, the principle that “safety in production is everyone’s responsibility” will take deeper root in the minds of all employees.
