Nanjing Electric Co‑organized the national standards revision meeting for bushings used in DC systems, as well as other industry standardization committee meetings.

In accordance with the 2022 standard revision work plan of the National Insulator Standardization Technical Committee, the Committee convened a national standard revision meeting on DC bushings, a national standard promotion and implementation conference on AC bushings, and a seminar on the energy consumption of glass insulators in Nanjing from September 23 to 24. Nanjing Electric Technology Group Co., Ltd. co-organized the event and dispatched representatives to attend.
On September 23, a briefing session was held to promote and implement three national standards, including GB/T 4109—2022 “Insulating Bushings for AC Voltages Above 1,000 V.” On September 24, the second meeting of the working group for GB/T 22674 “Bushings for DC Systems” and a seminar on the comprehensive energy consumption and quota standards for glass insulator products were convened.
Wei Peng, Secretary-General of the National Technical Committee for Insulator Standardization, chaired the meeting. He extended a warm welcome to all the experts in attendance and expressed his gratitude to the co-organizer, Nanjing Electric. Shen Qirong, General Manager of Nanjing Electric, delivered a welcoming address, provided an overview of the company, and thanked the experts for their longstanding support and attention. He also offered his best wishes for the successful conclusion of the conference.
This exchange—comprising the national standard promotion meeting for bushings, the DC bushing working conference, and the glass insulator energy‑consumption seminar—has attracted widespread attention across the industry, with representatives from relevant research institutes and manufacturing enterprises nationwide in attendance.
