Nanjing Electric’s Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt employees have been awarded their appointment letters.

Nanjing Electrical Technology Group Co., Ltd.’s subsidiary, Nanjing Electrical Insulator Co., Ltd., recently convened a technical and quality conference to review and outline the year’s achievements and future plans in technology and quality management. The company unveiled its 2022 “Improvement Projects,” appointed two quality‑management experts, and set forth the key objectives and strategic directions for this year’s technical and quality initiatives.
Shen Qirong, Deputy General Manager of Baiyun Electric Group and General Manager of Nanjing Electric Technology Group, along with Deng Junwen, Deputy General Manager of the Technology Group, attended the meeting and delivered remarks at its conclusion. They fully commended the achievements attained at this conference and urged that, building on the progress already made in project improvements, efforts be further strengthened to enhance target‑oriented management, bolster problem‑solving capabilities, and, through continuous improvement, make new contributions to the company’s development.
Cheng Hongliang, Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Electric Technology Group and General Manager of the Insulation Subsidiary, reported on the projects approved for the Insulation Subsidiary this year. “Control of High Structural Discreteness in Glass Insulators” and 10 other “Improvement Projects” The head of the project team issued the project initiation document. Appointment letters were presented to Meng Yu, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and Liu Renwei, a Green Belt, with high expectations placed on the company’s technical and quality‑related efforts this year. 。
Xia Xudong, Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Electric Technology Group and Executive Deputy General Manager of the Insulation Subsidiary, chaired the meeting. Together with Chief Engineer Zhang Shangang, he reviewed and outlined the company’s annual quality and technical initiatives, and communicated the methodology and implementation steps for project improvements. In addition, using last year’s exemplary improvement project—“Research on Enhancing Steep‑Wave Performance”—as a concrete case study, they conducted a presentation and exchange.
