A few days ago, Nanjing Electric Insulator Co., Ltd. received the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification issued by SGS (Swiss General Notary Public) China. This signifies that the insulation subsidiary company has passed the quality management system established in accordance with the ISO9001:2015 standard after nearly a year. This is the first time that Nanjing Electric's quality management system has obtained international certification.

In 1991, international certification services for related management systems were launched in China. As the newly-built quality management system of Nanjing Electric Insulator Co., Ltd. has been certified and audited at SGS for the first time, this organization attaches great importance to it and has arranged and conducted three audits, including pre-audit, first-stage audit and second-stage audit.

The pre-audit and the first-stage audit mainly determine the compliance of the quality management system of the insulation subsidiary with the ISO9001:2015 standard, the ability to comply with applicable laws, regulations and contract requirements, the ability to reasonably anticipate and achieve the specified goals and identify appropriate potential improvement areas The ability to evaluate the planning and execution of internal audits and management reviews, as well as determine the overall level of implementation of the quality management system, and provide feedback to promote continuous improvement.

At the end of July, SGS sent three experts to conduct a second-stage audit of the quality management system of the insulation subsidiary. On the basis of confirming the corrective measures for non-conformities found in the previous second audit, SGS also conducted product design & operation planning and control, and external Provide product and service control, infrastructure maintenance, production and service provision & product and service release, incoming inspection and warehouse management, measurement management of monitoring and measurement resources, control of documented information, personnel capabilities and awareness, and knowledge management , Internal audit and management review and other aspects were audited (including on-site audit), and two minor non-conformance reports were issued.

In early August, after the insulation subsidiary completed two rectifications for minor non-conformance reports as required, the audit team confirmed the rectification measures in a timely manner and submitted relevant materials for the certification audit to SGS (Swiss General Notary Public) China. After SGS (Swiss General Notary Co., Ltd.) China strictly reviewed the materials submitted by the audit team, it officially approved the issuance of the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification certificate of Nanjing Electric Insulator Co., Ltd. on August 7, 2017.
