The capacity of rubber compounding is about 6000 tons and with more than 20 sets injection machines including 1100KN,550KN, 500KN, 330KN. The capacity of long rod composite insulator is over 1.3 million pieces(Convert into 110KV insulators),We have over 10 sets imported pressure welding equipment with 175/165/140 size and can completely meets the market requirements of all kings if composite insulators.

High Voltage Bushing

High voltage bushing is an important equipment element in power system, which takes on the function of current carrying and insulation when the high voltage line passes through the wall and equipment shell, and the connection between equipment or the grounding of equipment. Since 1958, the company took the lead in the trial production of capacity bushings in China, and after more than 50 years of production and manufacturing experience, it has produced more than 100,000 high-pressure bushings for the power transmission and transformation industry, accounting for about 50% of the total number of domestic online operation at present. On the basis of the original casing production technology, our company actively explores new materials and new technology of casing products, and in 2001, we successfully developed FRP reinforced dry capacitor core, and developed FRP reinforced dry casing series products by using this technology. At present, the company has oil paper capacity type, adhesive paper capacity type, glass fiber capacity type of three kinds of technology of high-pressure bushing production line.

Hollow Composite Insulator

Hollow composite insulators are mainly used as key components for increasing creepage distance between high-voltage bushings such as transformer bushing, GIS bushing and wall bushing. Main features: Explosion proof, No explode and damage the surrounding equipment; Light product weight; Good seismic performance, Suitable for earthquake prone areas; High electrical performance and insulation level; Excellent UV resistance; Environmentally friendly materials, harmless to health and safety.

High Voltage Porcelain

The company mainly produces high-voltage suspension porcelain insulators, high-voltage line Post porcelain insulators, high-voltage line pin porcelain insulators, high-voltage porcelain cross-arm insulators and porcelain insulators for electrical appliances.
